Ten days of simple natural living without a screen. You slow down, breathe deeper, sleep under stars — and the silence of the desert does the rest.

How each day unfolds

01

Sunrise Yoga
& Meditation

Each morning opens with gentle, dynamic movement, breathwork and guided meditation — a quiet moment to breathe, stretch, and set an intention for the day.

02

Silent walking
& camel riding

Walk in silence beside the camel caravan — no talking, no distractions. A moving meditation. The rhythm of the desert slows the mind.

Campfire
Gatherings

The day ends around the fire. Traditional food, Bedouin music, stories, laughter, simple games and deep conversations — above us, a sky full of stars. These evenings become unforgettable.

Twelve years of the desert

How it began

For the last 12 years I joined my mother in the Sahara — where she organised and led these retreats. Now I follow in her footsteps to continue what she created — and to share what the desert does to people who are ready for it.

She guided me in meditation, spirituality and group leadership — not only the practical skills, but the art of holding the subtle space where growth, reflection and connection become possible.

My second home

We have worked with the same Bedouin family all these years. They introduced me to a different way of living, where harmony with nature and animals feels like something magical — and it has shaped how I guide people in the desert.

The desert has become my second home: a place of simplicity, and the rare freedom to be completely myself.

My approach

I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training in India, which deepened my love for yoga, meditation and breathwork. Each morning I invite you to share these practices and set an intention for the day.

I am also currently studying osteopathy — and that deeper understanding of the body helps me guide and support people in a more grounded, whole way.

Beyond that, I hold a safe and open space for sharing, reflection and growth — always an open ear and an open heart that listens, guides, and supports.

"This empty desert contains much spirituality. I avoided all media for two months after returning — I wanted to hold onto that clarity as long as possible."
